Thermowells
are applied to protect a thermometer stem against difficult
chemical and mechanical process conditions. Furthermore it is far
easier to dismount a thermometer e.g. for repair or other reasons,
when a thermowell stays at the measuring point.
Our thermowell models SF4 to SF9 correspond to the thermowell
forms 4 to 9 of DIN 43 772 that was enacted in March 2000. Our
models SK1 and SK2 with clamp fitting are designed additionally to
DIN 43772.
These new thermowell models replace our former thermowells acc. to
DIN 16179 that were parts of our stem types A8 to A13, see data
sheet I-8300.
Nevertheless, the old stem types are still available
upon request. |
